TENANCY APPLICANTS

Murray Douglas Real Estate is a member of TENANT REFERENCE AUSTRALIA.

All applications for tenancy in this office are processed through Tenant Reference Australia (TRA).

We require the following information to be supplied to process an application for Tenancy:

1. Photograph identification - drivers licence or passport.

2. At least two references from previous/current landlords of agents.

3. Proof of last residential address, Telstra account, electricity account or bank/credit card statements.

4. Copies of previous rental receipts.

5. Supporting proof of income for payment of rent.

6. On approval of application all monies must be paid in full, on cash or bank cheque.

Our office reserves the right to allow for any changes or additions to the above. Should an application fail to provide the above details the application may not be processed.
